These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding commercial agreement between VEER CREATION (Proprietorship / Registered Business Entity, GSTIN: 24AATPR2907G1ZH, situated at Galaxy Icon Market, Ring Road, Surat, Gujarat) and any business, merchant, boutique proprietor, reseller, or individual placing wholesale orders ("Buyer", "Client", or "You").

By accessing our online platform, registering for wholesale account access, placing an order online, or transacting via offline proforma invoice, you acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these trade terms in full.

Commercial Status: Our platform is primarily structured for Business-to-Business (B2B) textile trade. The Buyer confirms that all purchases are made for commercial resale, showroom inventory, boutique curation, or authorized trade distribution.

• Ex-Mill / Ex-Surat Rates: All catalog prices and wholesale quotations are published on an Ex-Warehouse (Surat) basis, unless explicitly quoted as F.O.R (Freight on Road) in writing.
• GST & Taxes: Quoted wholesale rates are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by Indian statutory laws (currently 5% or 12% on textile fabrics/sarees, subject to government notifications), which will be charged on the final tax invoice.
• Price Revisions: Raw yarn, silk, zari, and processing dyes market fluctuations may result in price revisions. However, confirmed orders backed by advance payment will be honored at the agreed proforma invoice rate.
• Catalogue Sets: Products sold under full-catalogue sets (e.g., set of 4, 6, 8, or 12 matching designs/colors) must be purchased as complete sets without breaking colors unless specific loose-design options are designated.

To preserve wholesale manufacturing economics and supply chain efficiency, orders are governed by minimum quantities:

An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the requisite payment confirmation and issuance of an official Veer Creation Proforma / Sales Order reference.

We accept payments through standard verified commercial channels:

• Direct Bank Transfers: RTGS / NEFT / IMPS to official Veer Creation current accounts in Surat. Bank credentials are provided on genuine proforma invoices.
• Online Checkout: Integrated payment gateway supporting verified UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM), Net Banking, Corporate Cards, and Business Debit Cards.
• Advance Settlement: 100% payment settlement prior to dispatch is standard for new accounts, export consignments, and transport LR bookings. Established wholesale credit lines are subject to signed written agreements and credit evaluation.
• Invoice Integrity: Every dispatched consignment is accompanied by a computer-generated GST tax invoice bearing our legal GSTIN (24AATPR2907G1ZH) and statutory e-Way bill where applicable.

Surat is India's textile capital with an extensive multi-modal goods transport network. Our dispatch process operates as follows:

• Dispatch Timelines: Ready stock catalogue orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of payment receipt. Fresh manufacturing runs or heavy bridal weaves require 5 to 10 working days as intimated during booking.
• Transport Selection: Parcels are booked via the Buyer's preferred local transport agency (e.g., V-Trans, ARC, TCI, Safechem, Om Logistics, Navata, etc.) or express courier (Blue Dart, Delhivery) for air parcels.
• Lorry Receipt (LR) / Bilty: Once handed over to the transport agency in Surat, the official LR (Lorry Receipt / Bilty copy) is promptly shared with the Buyer via WhatsApp and email for parcel tracking and delivery collection.
• Transit Insurance: Goods transit from Surat warehouse to destination transport godown can be insured at the Buyer’s option and cost. Veer Creation is not liable for loss, pilferage, or water damage during transit once handed over against a valid carrier receipt.

At Veer Creation, each saree undergoes stringent multi-point quality inspection covering weave density, zari integrity, border stitching, and blouse piece attachment.

• Color Variance: Due to photographic studio lighting and individual mobile/monitor screen calibrations, slight color variation (5% to 10%) between catalog photographs and actual textile shades may occur and shall not be treated as a manufacturing defect.
• Handloom & Zari Characteristics: Authentic silk weaves, jacquard brocades, and handwork stones may carry minor artisanal variations that signify genuine craftsmanship.
• Care Instructions: Dry cleaning is strictly recommended for all heavy embroidered, zari, georgette, and pure silk sarees. Veer Creation bears no responsibility for washing damage resulting from non-dry-clean methods.

Given the wholesale nature of textile manufacturing, goods once sold cannot be returned simply on a change-of-mind basis or slow retail off-take. Returns are entertained solely for verifiable genuine manufacturing defects or dispatch discrepancies:

• Intimation Window: Any defect or piece/set discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of parcel delivery from the transport godown along with photographs and the unboxing video.
• Approved Return Process: Upon verification by our Surat quality desk, return authorization is granted. Defective sarees must be returned with original tags, foldings, and packaging.
• Resolution: Valid claims will be resolved by either immediate replacement with the same design/color or credit note adjustment against subsequent wholesale purchase orders.

All brand trademarks, logos ("Veer Creation", "Veer"), catalog photography, model shoots, promotional videos, and textile motifs are the proprietary intellectual property of Veer Creation.

Verified active wholesale buyers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to utilize our high-resolution product photography for displaying goods in their retail stores, boutiques, and social commerce handles for the direct resale of authentic Veer Creation sarees. Unauthorized reproduction, copyright infringement, or watermarking over our assets is strictly actionable under the Copyright Act, 1957.

In no event shall Veer Creation, its proprietors, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or loss of retail profit damages arising out of trade delays, transport strikes, carrier non-performance, or festive rush bottlenecks.

Our total aggregate commercial liability for any confirmed claim or dispute shall under no circumstances exceed the invoice value of the specific disputed sarees. Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, market shutdowns, regulatory bans, or power grid failures.

These Terms and Conditions and all commercial transactions entered into with Veer Creation shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India.
